Options lose value over time (theta decay). Consider how much time you have until expiration and how it affects your strategy.
💰 Credit Spreads
Credit spreads collect premium upfront. For put spreads: sell higher strike, buy lower strike. For call spreads: sell lower strike, buy higher strike. Max profit = net credit received.
🎯 Strike Selection
Choose strikes based on your market outlook and risk tolerance. Wider spreads = more credit but higher risk. Closer to money = more credit but lower probability.
